Attorney James M. Miele has been engaged in the general practice of law in Cheshire, Connecticut, since 1989, including administrative law, business law, commercial transactions, corporations/llcs/partnerships, real estate, land development, civil litigation, estate planning, domestic relations, landlord/tenant, personal injury, probate, zoning and land use regulation.  A former partner in the firm Hitt, Sachner & Miele, he established Miele Law Offices, LLC in 2003.  He is a graduate of Cheshire High School (Class of 1982), the University of Connecticut (Class of 1986) and the University of Connecticut School of Law (Class of 1989) and is admitted to practice before the Connecticut State and Federal courts. He is a member of the Connecticut and New Haven Bar Associations and is active in the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and the Cheshire Kiwanis Club.  He also serves as a director and/or advisor to several non-profit organizations.
